अग्निं ब्रूमो वनस्पतीन् ओषधीर् उत वीरुधः ।इन्द्रं ब्ŕ̥हस्पतिं सूर्यं ते नो मुञ्चन्त्व् अंहसः

हम अग्नि को, वनस्पतियों को, ओषधियों और लताओं को, इन्द्र, बृहस्पति और सूर्य को पुकारते हैं; वे हमें संकट से मुक्त करें।

We call on Agni, on the forest trees, the herbs and the creeping plants, on Indra, Brihaspati and Surya; may they free us from distress.

ब्रूमो राजानं वरुणं मित्रं विष्णुम् अथो भगम् ।अंशं विवस्वन्तं ब्रूमस् ते नो मुञ्चन्त्व् अंहसः

हम राजा वरुण, मित्र, विष्णु और भग को, अंश और विवस्वान् को पुकारते हैं; वे हमें संकट से मुक्त करें।

We call on King Varuna, on Mitra, Vishnu and Bhaga; we call on Amsha and Vivasvant; may they free us from distress.

हम वात, पर्जन्य, अन्तरिक्ष और दिशाओं को, और सभी क्षेत्रों को पुकारते हैं; वे हमें संकट से मुक्त करें।

We call on the wind, on Parjanya, the mid-air and the directions; we call on all the regions; may they free us from distress.

मुञ्चन्तु मा शपथ्या᳙द् अहोरात्रे अथो उषाः ।सोमो मा देवो मुञ्चतु यम् आहुश् चन्द्रमा इति

May day and night and Ushas free me from what comes of a curse; may the god Soma, whom they call the moon, free me.

The animals of earth and of heaven, the wild beasts of the forest, the winged birds: we call on them; may they free us from distress.

भवाशर्वाव् इदं ब्रूमो रुद्रं पशुपतिश् च यः ।इषूर् या एषां संविद्म ता नः सन्तु सदा शिवाः

सप्तऋषीन् वा इदं ब्रूमो ऽपो देवीः प्रजापतिम् ।पितॄ᳓न् यमश्रेष्ठान् ब्रूमस् ते नो मुञ्चन्त्व् अंहसः ।११॥

We call on the Seven Rishis, on the divine waters and Prajapati; we call on the Fathers, with Yama at their head; may they free us from distress.

ये देवा दिविषदो अन्तरिक्षसदश् च ये ।पृथिव्यां शक्रा ये श्रितास् ते नो मुञ्चन्त्व् अंहसः

जो देव द्युलोक में रहते हैं, जो अन्तरिक्ष में रहते हैं, और जो शक्तिशाली पृथ्वी पर स्थित हैं, वे हमें संकट से मुक्त करें।

The gods who dwell in heaven, those who dwell in the mid-air, and the mighty ones settled on the earth — may they free us from distress.

आदित्या रुद्रा वसवो दिवि देवा अथर्वाणः ।अङ्गिरसो मनीषिणस् ते नो मुञ्चन्त्व् अंहसः

आदित्य, रुद्र, वसु, द्युलोक के देव, अथर्वा और मनीषी अङ्गिरस् — वे हमें संकट से मुक्त करें।

The Adityas, the Rudras, the Vasus, the gods in heaven, the Atharvans and the wise Angirases — may they free us from distress.

Come, gods, from the south; from the west rise up facing east; from the east and from the north, mighty All-gods, gathering together — may you free us from distress.

We call on the All-gods, true to their word and strengtheners of rta, together with all their wives; may they free us from distress.

सर्वान् देवान् इदं ब्रूमः सत्यसन्धान् ऋताव्ŕ̥धः ।सर्वाभिः पत्नीभिः सह ते नो मुञ्चन्त्व् अंहसः

हम सत्य-प्रतिज्ञ, ऋत को बढ़ाने वाले सभी देवों को उनकी सब पत्नियों सहित पुकारते हैं; वे हमें संकट से मुक्त करें।

We call on all the gods, true to their word and strengtheners of rta, together with all their wives; may they free us from distress.

भूतं ब्रूमो भूतपतिं भूतानाम् उत यो वशी ।भूतानि सर्वा संगत्य ते नो मुञ्चन्त्व् अंहसः

हम भूत को, भूतपति को, और जो भूतों का नियन्ता है उसे पुकारते हैं; सब भूत मिलकर हमें संकट से मुक्त करें।

We call on what has come to be, on the lord of beings, and on the one who rules the beings; may all beings together free us from distress.

जो पाँच दिव्य दिशाएँ हैं, जो बारह ऋतु-देव हैं, और जो संवत्सर के दाढ़ हैं — वे हमारे लिए सदा शुभ हों।

The five divine directions, the twelve seasons that are gods, and the fangs of the year — may they always be kindly to us.

यन् मातली रथक्रीतम् अम्ŕ̥तं वेद भेषजम् ।तद् इन्द्रो अप्सु प्रावेशयत् तद् आपो दत्त भेषजम् ॥२३॥ {१८}

मातली जिस रथ से खरीदी गई अमृत औषधि को जानता है, उसे इन्द्र ने जलों में रख दिया; हे जलो, वह औषधि हमें दो।
