ऋभवः

अ॒यं दे॒वाय॒ जन्म॑ने॒ स्तोमो॒ विप्रे॑भिरास॒या ।अका॑रि रत्न॒धात॑मः

यह स्तोत्र, जो सबसे अधिक रत्न देने वाला है, मेधावी ऋषियों ने अपने मुख से देव-जाति (ऋभुओं) के लिए रचा है।

This praise-song for the divine race has been made by the inspired poets with their mouths, a song that brings the most treasure.

य इन्द्रा॑य वचो॒युजा॑ तत॒क्षुर्मन॑सा॒ हरी॑ ।शमी॑भिर्य॒ज्ञमा॑शत

जिन्होंने इन्द्र के लिए वाणी से ही जुत जाने वाले दो हरि (घोड़े) अपने मन से गढ़े, वे अपने शिल्प-कर्मों से यज्ञ के भागी हुए।

They fashioned with their mind for Indra the two fallow bay horses that are yoked by speech; through their ritual labours they won a place in the sacrifice.

तक्ष॒न्नास॑त्याभ्यां॒ परि॑ज्मानं सु॒खं रथ॑म् ।तक्ष॑न्धे॒नुं स॑ब॒र्दुघा॑म्

उन्होंने नासत्यों (अश्विनों) के लिए चारों ओर घूमने वाला सुखकर रथ गढ़ा, और उन्होंने भरपूर दूध देने वाली धेनु भी गढ़ी।

They fashioned for the Nasatyas an easy-running chariot that travels around the world; they fashioned a cow that gives nectar.

युवा॑ना पि॒तरा॒ पुनः॑ स॒त्यम॑न्त्रा ऋजू॒यवः॑ ।ऋ॒भवो॑ वि॒ष्ट्य॑क्रत

सच्चे मन्त्र वाले और सरल मार्ग पर चलने वाले ऋभुओं ने अपने परिश्रम से माता-पिता को फिर से युवा कर दिया।

The Ribhus, whose words come true and who go straight to their goal, made their two parents young again through their labour.

सं वो॒ मदा॑सो अग्म॒तेन्द्रे॑ण च म॒रुत्व॑ता ।आ॒दि॒त्येभि॑श्च॒ राज॑भिः

हे ऋभुओ! तुम्हारे मद (सोम के हर्षकारी रस) मरुतों से युक्त इन्द्र के साथ और राजा आदित्यों के साथ मिल गए हैं।

Your exhilarating soma-drinks have joined with Indra, who is accompanied by the Maruts, and with the Adityas, the kings.

उ॒त त्यं च॑म॒सं नवं॒ त्वष्टु॑र्दे॒वस्य॒ निष्कृ॑तम् ।अक॑र्त च॒तुरः॒ पुनः॑

और देव त्वष्टा के बनाए हुए उस नए चमस (सोमपात्र) को तुमने फिर से चार कर दिया।

And that new cup, made by the god Tvashtar, you made into four again.

ते नो॒ रत्ना॑नि धत्तन॒ त्रिरा साप्ता॑नि सुन्व॒ते ।एक॑मेकं सुश॒स्तिभिः॑

वे (तुम ऋभु) सोम निचोड़ने वाले यजमान को तीन बार सात रत्न दो — अच्छी स्तुतियों के बदले एक-एक करके।

Grant us treasures, three times seven, for the one who presses soma, one by one, in return for our good praises.

अधा॑रयन्त॒ वह्न॒योऽभ॑जन्त सुकृ॒त्यया॑ ।भा॒गं दे॒वेषु॑ य॒ज्ञिय॑म्

यज्ञ को वहन करने वाले उन (ऋभुओं) ने अपना स्थान धारण किया और अपने सुकर्म से देवों के बीच यज्ञ का भाग प्राप्त किया।

The conveyors held firm; by their good work they won a share in the sacrifice among the gods.
