अनुमति से अनुग्रह की प्रार्थनाPrayer to Anumati for favour

अन्व् अद्य नो ऽनुमतिर् यज्ञं देवेषु मन्यताम् ।अग्निश् च हव्यवाहनो भवतां दाशुषे मम

आज अनुमति देवताओं के बीच हमारे यज्ञ को स्वीकृति दे; और हव्य ले जाने वाला अग्नि भी — ये दोनों मुझ यजमान के लिए (अनुकूल) हों।

May Anumati today approve our sacrifice among the gods, and Agni the oblation-bearer too; may the two of them be favourable to me, the worshipper.

अन्व् इद् अनुमते त्वं मंससे शं च नस् कृधि ।जुषस्व हव्यम् आहुतं प्रजां देवि ररास्व नः

हे अनुमति, तुम निश्चय ही स्वीकृति देती हो; हमारे लिए कल्याण करो। अर्पित हव्य को स्वीकार करो, हे देवी, हमें सन्तान दो।

Anumati, you do indeed give your approval; bring us well-being. Enjoy the oblation that has been offered, goddess, and give us offspring.

अनु मन्यताम् अनुमन्यमानः प्रजावन्तं रयिम् अक्षीयमाणम् ।तस्य वयं हेडसि मापि भूम सुमृडीके अस्य सुमतौ स्याम

स्वीकृति देने वाला (देव) हमारे लिए सन्तान से युक्त, कभी क्षीण न होने वाले धन की स्वीकृति दे। हम उसके क्रोध में न पड़ें; हम उसकी कृपा और सद्भाव में रहें।

May the one who approves grant us wealth that brings offspring and never runs out. May we not fall under his anger; may we stay in his gracious favour.

यत् ते नाम सुहवं सुप्रणीते ऽनुमते अनुमतं सुदानु ।तेना नो यज्ञं पिपृहि विश्ववारे रयिं नो धेहि सुभगे सुवीरम्

हे भली-भाँति ले जाने वाली अनुमति, तुम्हारा जो नाम पुकारने में सरल, स्वीकृत और उदार दान देने वाला है, उसी से हमारे यज्ञ को पूर्ण करो, हे सबकी वरणीया; हे सौभाग्यशालिनी, हमें उत्तम वीरों से युक्त धन दो।

Anumati, good guide, by that name of yours which is easy to call on, approved and generous, bring our sacrifice to fulfilment, you whom all desire; fortunate one, give us wealth with good sons.

एमं यज्ञम् अनुमतिर् जगाम सुक्षेत्रतायै सुवीरतायै सुजातम् ।भद्रा ह्य् अ᳙स्याः प्रमतिर् बभूव सेमम् यज्ञम् अवतु देवगोपा

अनुमति इस भली-भाँति सम्पन्न यज्ञ में अच्छे खेतों और अच्छे वीरों के लिए आई है। उसकी देखभाल कल्याणकारी रही है; देवों द्वारा रक्षित वह इस यज्ञ की रक्षा करे।

Anumati has come to this well-prepared sacrifice, for good fields and good sons. Her care has proved kind; may she, guarded by the gods, protect this sacrifice.

अनुमतिः सर्वम् इदं बभूव यत् तिष्ठति चरति यद् उ च विश्वम् एजति ।तस्यास् ते देवि सुमतौ स्यामानुमते अनु हि मंससे नः

जो कुछ स्थिर है, जो चलता है और जो कुछ भी हिलता-डुलता है — यह सब अनुमति ही हो गई है। हे देवी अनुमति, हम तुम्हारी कृपा में रहें, क्योंकि तुम हमें स्वीकृति देती हो।

Anumati has become all this — whatever stands, whatever walks, and everything that stirs. Goddess Anumati, may we stay in your favour, for you give us your approval.
