निरृति के पाश से मुक्तिRelease from Nirrti's fetters

यत् ते देवी निरृतिर् आबबन्ध दाम ग्रीवास्व् अविमोक्यं यत् ।तत् ते वि ष्याम्य् आयुषे वर्चसे बलायादोमदम् अन्नम् अद्धि प्रसूतः

देवी निरृति ने तेरी गर्दन में जो न खुलने वाला बन्धन बाँधा है, उसे मैं तेरी आयु, तेज और बल के लिए खोलता हूँ। अब मुक्त होकर तू यह आनन्द देने वाला अन्न खा।

The fetter that the goddess Nirrti tied around your neck, the one that could not be loosed, I now untie for your life, vigour and strength. Set free, eat this gladdening food.

नमो ऽस्तु ते निरृते तिग्मतेजो ऽयस्मयान् वि चृता बन्धपाशान् ।यमो मह्यम् पुनर् इत् त्वाम् ददाति तस्मै यमाय नमो अस्तु मृत्यवे

हे तीखे तेज वाली निरृति, तुझे नमस्कार हो। लोहे के बन्धन-पाशों को खोल दे। (अब छुड़ाए गए मनुष्य से:) यम तुझे फिर से मुझे लौटा देता है, उस यम को, मृत्यु को नमस्कार हो।

Homage to you, Nirrti of sharp fierceness: unfasten the iron fetters. (To the freed man:) Yama gives you back to me again. Homage to that Yama, to Death.

अयस्मये द्रुपदे बेधिष इहाभिहितो मृत्युभिर् ये सहस्रम् ।यमेन त्वं पित्ŕ̥भिः संविदान उत्तमं नाकम् अधि रोहयेमम्

तू यहाँ लोहे के खूँटे से बँधा था, उन हज़ार मृत्युओं ने तुझे जकड़ रखा था। हे (देव), यम और पितरों से सहमत होकर इस मनुष्य को सबसे ऊँचे स्वर्ग पर चढ़ा।

You were bound here to an iron post, fastened by the thousand deaths. (O god,) in agreement with Yama and the Fathers, raise this man up to the highest heaven.

संसम् इद् युवसे वृषन्न् अग्ने विश्वान्य् अर्य आ ।इडस् पदे सम् इध्यसे स नो वसून्य् आ भर

हे वृषभ अग्नि, तू 'अर्य' की सब वस्तुएँ इकट्ठी करता है। इडा के स्थान पर तू प्रज्वलित किया जाता है, तू हमारे लिए धन ले आ।

Bull Agni, you gather together all the goods of the arya. You are kindled at the place of Ida. Bring us riches.
