ऋण से मुक्तिRelease from debt

अपमित्यम् अप्रतीत्तं यद् अस्मि यमस्य येन बलिना चरामि ।इदं तद् अग्ने अनृणो भवामि त्वं पाशान् विच्ŕ̥तं वेत्थ सर्वान्

जो उधार लिया हुआ और न लौटाया गया ऋण मुझ पर है, यम का वह कर जिसे लिए मैं फिरता हूँ — हे अग्नि, उससे मैं अब ऋणमुक्त होता हूँ; तुम सब पाशों को खोलना जानते हो।

Whatever borrowed thing I owe and have not given back, the tribute to Yama that I carry about with me — from this, Agni, I now become free of debt; you know how to loosen all fetters.

इहैव सन्तः प्रति दद्म एनज् जीवा जीवेभ्यो नि हराम एनत् ।अपमित्य धान्यं᳙ यज् जघसाहम् इदं तद् अग्ने अनृणो भवामि

यहीं रहते हुए हम इसे लौटा देते हैं; जीवित रहते हुए हम इसे जीवितों को सौंप देते हैं। जो अन्न मैंने उधार लेकर खाया है, हे अग्नि, उससे मैं अब ऋणमुक्त होता हूँ।

While we are still here, we give it back; living, we hand it over to the living. The grain I borrowed and ate — from this, Agni, I now become free of debt.

अनृणा अस्मिन्न् अनृणाः परस्मिन् तृतीये लोके अनृणाः स्याम ।ये देवयानाः पितृयाणश् च लोकाः सर्वान् पथो अनृणा आ क्षियेम

हम इस लोक में ऋणमुक्त हों, परलोक में ऋणमुक्त हों, तीसरे लोक में भी ऋणमुक्त हों। देवों और पितरों के मार्ग वाले जो लोक हैं, उन सब पथों पर हम ऋणमुक्त होकर रहें।

May we be free of debt in this world, free of debt in the world beyond, free of debt in the third world. The worlds reached by the path of the gods and the path of the fathers — on all those paths may we abide free of debt.
