शत्रुओं को बाँधने का मन्त्रBinding the enemies

आदानेन संदानेनामित्रान् आ द्यामसि ।अपाना ये चैषां प्राणा असुनासून्त् सम् अछिदन्

हम बन्धन और जकड़न से शत्रुओं को बाँधते हैं। इनके जो अपान और प्राण हैं, उन्हें प्राण से प्राण काटकर अलग कर दिया गया है।

With a binding and a fetter we bind the enemies. Their out-breaths and in-breaths have been cut off, life with life.

इदम् आदानम् अकरं तपसेन्द्रेण संशितम् ।अमित्रा ये ऽत्र नः सन्ति तान् अग्न आ द्या त्वम्

यह बन्धन मैंने बनाया है, जिसे तप और इन्द्र ने तीक्ष्ण किया है। यहाँ हमारे जो शत्रु हैं, हे अग्नि, तुम उन्हें बाँध दो।

I have made this binding, sharpened by tapas and by Indra. Agni, bind the enemies of ours who are here.

ऐनान् द्यताम् इन्द्राग्नी सोमो राजा च मेदिनौ ।इन्द्रो मरुत्वान् आदानम् अमित्रेभ्यः कृणोतु नः

इन्द्र और अग्नि, दोनों सहायक, और राजा सोम इन्हें बाँधें। मरुतों के साथ इन्द्र हमारे शत्रुओं के लिए बन्धन बनाए।

Let Indra and Agni, the two allies, and King Soma bind them. Let Indra with the Maruts make a binding for our enemies.
