इन्द्र से समृद्धि की प्रार्थनाPrayer to Indra for abundance

रेवतीर् नः सधमाद इन्द्रे सन्तु तुविवाजाः ।क्षुमन्तो याभिर् मदेम

इन्द्र के साथ होने वाले सोम-उत्सव में हमारी (गौएँ/भोज्य-सामग्री) समृद्ध और भरपूर पुरस्कारों वाली हों, जिनसे अन्न से सम्पन्न होकर हम आनन्दित हों।

At the shared revel with Indra, may our (cows / refreshments) be rich and abound in prizes, so that through them, well supplied with food, we may rejoice.

आ घ त्वावान् त्मनाप्त स्तोत्ŕ̥भ्यो धृष्णव् इयानः ।ऋणोर् अक्षं न चक्रयोः᳙

हे साहसी (इन्द्र), तुम जैसा कोई स्वयं ही स्तोताओं के पास आता है, जब उनसे याचना की जाती है; तुम (उनकी इच्छा को) ऐसे जोड़ देते हो जैसे दो पहियों में धुरी।

Bold one, someone like you comes of his own accord to the praisers when he is asked; you fit (their wish) into place like the axle in a pair of wheels.

आ यद् दुवः शतक्रतव् आ कामं जरितॄणाम् ।ऋणोर् अक्षं न शचीभिः

हे शतक्रतु, जब तुम स्तोताओं के लिए सम्मान (या दान) और उनकी कामना लाते हो, तो अपनी शक्तियों से उसे ऐसे जोड़ देते हो जैसे धुरी (पहियों में)।

Shatakratu, when you bring the singers honor (or a gift) and what they desire, you fit it into place with your powers, like an axle.
