पाप से मुक्ति की प्रार्थनाPrayer for release from sin

शुम्भनी द्यावापृथिवी अन्तिसुम्ने महिव्रते ।आपः सप्त सुस्रुवुर् देवीस् ता नो मुञ्चन्त्व् अंहसः

शोभा देने वाले, पास रहकर कृपा करने वाले, महान व्रतों वाले द्यावापृथिवी; और सात दिव्य जल जो बह निकले हैं — वे हमें संकट से मुक्त करें।

Heaven and Earth, the beautifying ones, whose favour is close at hand, whose ordinances are great; the seven divine waters have flowed forth: may they free us from distress.

मुञ्चन्तु मा शपथ्या᳙द् अथो वरुण्या᳙द् उत ।अथो यमस्य पड्वीशाद् विश्वस्माद् देवकिल्बिषात्

वे मुझे शाप से आने वाले दोष से, और वरुण से आने वाले दोष से भी मुक्त करें; यम की बेड़ी से भी, और देवताओं के प्रति किए गए हर अपराध से भी।

May they free me from what comes from a curse, and also from what comes from Varuna; also from Yama's fetter, from every offence against the gods.
