वृषभ से संतान की प्रार्थनाPrayer to the bull for offspring

इन्द्रस्य कुक्षिर् असि सोमधान आत्मा देवानाम् उत मानुषाणाम् ।इह प्रजा जनय यास् त आसु या अन्यत्रेह तास् ते रमन्ताम्

(साँड से:) तू इन्द्र की कोख (पेट) है, सोम को धारण करने वाला, देवों और मनुष्यों का आत्मा है। यहाँ संतान उत्पन्न कर; जो (गायें) तेरी रही हैं और जो अन्यत्र हैं, वे यहाँ तेरे साथ रमें।

(To the bull:) You are Indra's belly, the holder of soma, the self of gods and of men. Beget offspring here; let those (cows) that have been yours, and those that are elsewhere, delight here with you.
