इन्द्र के बल की स्तुतिPraise of Indra's might

यस्येदम् आ रजो युजस् तुजे जना नवं स्वः᳙ ।इन्द्रस्य रन्त्यं बृहत्

यह अन्तरिक्ष (रजस्) जिसका है, जो जुड़ा हुआ सहायक है, उसी से लोगों को बल के लिए नया प्रकाश (स्वः) मिलता है। इन्द्र का आनन्द देने वाला (बल) महान् है।

He to whom this mid-space belongs, the ally; through him the people have new light for their strengthening. Great is Indra's gladdening power.

नाधृष आ दधृषते धृषाणो धृषितः शवः ।पुरा यथा व्यथिः श्रव इन्द्रस्य नाधृषे शवः

साहसी और उत्साहित योद्धा भी उसके अजेय बल पर आक्रमण करने का साहस नहीं करता। जैसे पहले था, वैसे ही उसकी कीर्ति अडिग है; इन्द्र का बल अजेय है।

Even the bold one, his courage roused, does not dare to attack his unassailable might. His fame is unshaken, as it was before; Indra's might cannot be assailed.

स नो ददातु तां रयिम् उरुं पिशङ्गसंदृशम् ।इन्द्रः पतिस् तुविष्टमो जनेष्व् आ

वह इन्द्र हमें वह विशाल, सुनहरी आभा वाला धन दे। वह स्वामी है और लोगों में सबसे अधिक बलवान् है।

May he give us that wealth, broad and golden-hued: Indra, the lord, the mightiest among peoples.
