ब्रह्मणा ते ब्रह्मयुजा युनज्मि हरी सखाया सधमाद आशू ।स्थिरं रथं सुखम् इन्द्राधितिष्ठन् प्रजानन् विद्वाꣳ उप याहि सोमम्

हे इन्द्र, मैं प्रार्थना (ब्रह्म) के द्वारा तुम्हारे दोनों हरि घोड़ों को जोतता हूँ, जो प्रार्थना से जुतते हैं, जो तुम्हारे साथी हैं और साथ के सोम-उत्सव के लिए तेज़ दौड़ते हैं। दृढ़ और सुगम रथ पर चढ़कर, सब जानते-समझते हुए, सोम के पास आओ।

With a prayer I yoke your two bay horses, who are yoked by prayer, your companions, swift to the shared feast. Indra, mount the sturdy, smooth-running chariot and, knowing the way and wise, come here to the soma.
