१५। ७। १०॥ ४३ स्ते॒गान्द२ंष्ट्रा᳚भ्यां म॒ण्डूका॒ञ्जंभ्ये॑भि॒राद॑कां खा॒देनोर्जं॑ संसू॒देनार॑ण्यं॒ जांबी॑लेन॒ मृदं॑ ब॒र्॒स्वे॑भिः॒ शर्क॑राभि॒रव॑का॒मव॑काभिः॒ शर्क॑रामुथ्सा॒देन॑ जि॒ह्वाम॑वक्र॒न्देन॒ तालुं॒॒ सर॑स्वतीं जिह्वा॒ग्रेण॑ स्ते॒गान्द्वाविं॑शतिः
(अश्व की) दाढ़ों से स्तेगों को, जबड़े के दाँतों से मेंढकों को, चबाने से आदका को, संसूद से ऊर्ज् (बल) को, जाम्बील से अरण्य को, मसूड़ों से मिट्टी को, कंकड़ों से अवका को, अवकाओं से कंकड़ों को, उत्साद से जीभ को, हिनहिनाने से तालु को, जीभ की नोक से सरस्वती को।
The stegas with (the horse's) tusks, the frogs with its jaw-teeth, Adaka with its chewing, strength with its saṃsūda, the wilderness with its jāmbīla, clay with its gums, the avakā plant with the gravel, the gravel with the avakās, the tongue with the utsāda, the palate with its neighing, Sarasvati with the tip of its tongue.
